To systematically evaluate the explanatory capability of the Monism cosmological framework for observed anomalies in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB), this paper proposes a comprehensive verification scheme based on three core dimensions: experimental observation, theoretical self-consistency, and falsifiability. The Monism framework, particularly the cosmic mind-field (CMF) self-referential iteration model from Yuanxian-Unified Field Theory, interprets major CMB anomalies (low-multipole power suppression, dipole-quadrupole alignment, statistical anisotropy, and the cold spot) as manifestations of damping effects and pattern correlations during low-order iterations of the cosmic mind-field, rather than mere statistical fluctuations. The verification scheme includes:- Targeted high-precision CMB observations with next-generation facilities (LiteBIRD, CMB-S4);- Multi-messenger cross-validation with gravitational waves, neutrinos, dark matter and dark energy;- Strict self-consistency tests requiring reproduction of standard ΛCDM successes;- Four explicit falsifiable predictions with clear 2σ refutation criteria;- A graded model correction mechanism. A realistic verification timeline (2027–2040) aligned with current observational projects is also provided. This work transforms the Monism framework from a philosophical hypothesis into a testable scientific model, offering a rigorous methodological pathway for assessing its viability against the standard cosmological model.
