Abstract. This paper examines the key features and patterns of the transformation of organizational culture in industrial enterprises under conditions of economic digitalization. The study addresses both theoretical and applied aspects of the impact of digital technologies on corporate values, employee behavior, and contemporary management approaches. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of critical factors determining the success of cultural transformation, including the level of employees’ digital competencies, organizational readiness for innovation, leadership quality, and the effectiveness of internal communication systems.The study identifies the main directions of organizational culture evolution, including the transition from hierarchical structures to flexible management models, the increasing importance of teamwork, the development of a continuous learning culture, and the growing role of digital literacy. It is argued that the formation of an adaptive, innovation-oriented, and change-ready organizational culture represents a necessary condition for the successful implementation of digital transformation in industrial enterprises. Furthermore, the paper contributes to the existing body of knowledge by systematizing key factors and mechanisms of cultural transformation in the digital environment.
