Integrating antiplatelet therapy, lipid-lowering treatment, optimized vein harvesting, and dynamic follow-up improves venous graft patency after coronary artery bypass grafting.
This article analyzes modern approaches to the prevention of autovenous graft occlusion after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The methodological basis includes a comparative analysis of scientific literature and a conceptual synthesis of practical recommendations. The results of the review indicate that the integration of antiplatelet therapy, lipid-lowering treatment, optimization of vein conduit harvesting techniques, and strategies for dynamic follow-up contribute to improved patency of venous grafts. The presented work contributes to the development of a practice-oriented algorithm for the prevention of venous graft occlusion after CABG.
