Abstract

A man in his 70s with a history of hypertension, dyslipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and aortoiliac occlusive disease was admitted with a symptomatic impending rupture of a thoracic aortic aneurysm, followed by reticulate erythematous to violaceous macules that appeared on the dorsal and plantar surfaces of both feet. What is your diagnosis?
