Abstract: Continuation of Part IV. 1 (doi: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19479466). This work presents the synthesis and numerical verification of the five-dimensional dimensional reduction framework for CCEGA. We verify the Israel junction conditions through modified TOV integration, confirm the effective coupling consistency, and identify open questions for future investigation. KEY RESULTS: • Numerical verification of Israel junction boundary conditions • TOV integration confirms Mₘax = 4. 26 M_☉ (APR4 EOS) • Consistency with prior astrophysical predictions (P28-P43) • Identification of Weyl projection E_μν as primary open question SCOPE: - Synthesized theoretical framework - Numerical methods and algorithms - Verification against observational constraints - ~8 pages, condensed presentation For complete derivations, see Part IV. 1 (doi: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19479466). This work completes the dimensional reduction analysis, establishing CCEGA's theoretical and numerical consistency while identifying the geometric origin of effective coupling as the next investi gative frontier.
