Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between tourism performance experience quality, tourists' perceived value, and revisit intention, taking 'Splendor of Pengcheng' in Xuzhou as a case. Through quantitative analysis of 211 valid questionnaires and 208 online reviews, it was found that the quality of the tourist experience, including content, facilities, services and cultural attributes, has a significant positive correlation with tourists' perception of value (cognitive and emotional) and that this perception of value in turn promotes the intention to return. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward relevant tourism policy suggestions to provide reference for the sustainable development of tourism performance industry.
