This paper presents a continuous derivation from constrained difference to reflective consciousness. It does not introduce new principles but assembles established structural conditions into a sequence where each step follows from the last. Starting from the condition that distinctions require constraint, it shows how structured systems arise, persist, and integrate, generating internal tensions that need mediation. When such mediation operates across the entire system state, a unified organisation emerges. From this, perspectival structure and interiority follow. Extending this into internal modelling and self-representation culminates in reflective consciousness. The derivation is conditional, not universal: it shows that when each condition arises, the next follows. It does not propose a speculative structure but clarifies the constraints under which any system capable of reflection must develop.
