Data on the observable environment heating and in the same time the shortening in length of day are discussed. Hydride Earth model is used for interpretation. The reason for warming up is the intensification of the degassing process, the primary cause of which is the hydrogen release from the mantle into the crust. The reason for decreasing in length of day is reducing of Earth radius due to the dissolution of hydrogen in metal mantle and core. Thus, the decomposition of metal hydrides under the mantle due to radiogenic heating is a common reason for the environment warming and the decreasing in length of day.
