Successful Ablation of Multifocal Atrial Flutter in Pediatric Emery-Dreifuss Muscular Dystrophy Patient Using Pulsed Field Ablation

Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy is an inherited myopathy which can cause forms of tachycardia and bradycardia. We present a complex case of a patient with multiple flutter and intra-atrial re-entrant circuits with complex ablation performed. To minimize deep anesthesia risk, pulse field ablation was used with good outcome and without complication in this teenager.
