Key Points

  • The aim is to create a standardized protocol to diagnose organizational health using the Life-Value Reflow Theory.
  • Developed five computable metrics for evaluation.
  • Established three diagnostic tests for hidden retention.
  • Outlined four organizational archetypes based on the D-LVR framework.
  • Provided implementation guidelines and ethical safeguards.
  • No empirical validation provided, but framework is theoretically grounded.
  • Future research may validate the protocol with longitudinal data.

Abstract

This document operationalizes the firm as a local reflow subsystem within the Life-Value Reflow (LVR) Theory. It provides a standardized protocol for diagnosing organizational health using five computable, theoretically grounded metrics (C, η, f, γ, and SNR), three diagnostic tests for hidden retention (control rent), and four validated organizational archetypes aligned with the Discounted Life-Value Reflow (D-LVR) framework. The protocol is intended for HR professionals, internal auditors, and management consultants, and includes step-by-step implementation guidelines, edge-case handling rules, archetype-specific corrective action pathways, post-intervention efficacy validation standards, and non-negotiable ethical safeguards. No full empirical validation is presented in this methodological paper; future research may test the framework with longitudinal firm-level data.
