Cosmological Update Dynamics (CUD) v3 proposes a distinguishability-driven structural field theory of the universe. In this framework, the fundamental element of reality is the generation of distinguishability, denoted by ρ, rather than spacetime or matter. The accumulation of distinguishability forms a structural field u, whose gradients and curvature generate instability ϕ. When the instability exceeds a critical threshold ϕc, structural phase transitions occur, leading to the emergence of particles, interactions, and cosmological dynamics. CUD v3 introduces a unified field equation and Lagrangian formulation describing particle formation, gravitational effects, and light propagation within a single structural framework. Time is interpreted as an emergent property derived from structural accumulation rather than a fundamental background parameter. This work extends previous versions of Cosmological Update Dynamics and connects distinguishability-based ontological foundations with observable cosmological phenomena.
