Version 2 introduces temporal compatibility and the realization gap, extending the original structural formulation. This update shows that configurations may be structurally admissible but dynamically unrealizable due to temporal misalignment between components. A dynamic Congruity Index is defined, incorporating temporal incompatibility, and a realization gap is introduced to quantify the difference between theoretical admissibility and effective realizability. This version represents a first step toward a fully spatio-temporal formulation of compatib seility.
