Abstract

This paper introduces a structural framework in which co-presence does not require a shared phase. In standard formulations, interaction, coexistence, and law are implicitly grounded in phase alignment, causal structure, or semantic mediation. This paper removes those assumptions and reconstructs co-presence, contact, and law as phase-independent structural conditions. Co-presence is defined without reduction. Contact is fixed without mapping. Law is fixed as stabilized retention under phase-delimited conditions. Within this framework, probability is described as a structural compression of non-recoverable branching, and prediction is not defined as a general condition. The universe is not treated as a container or totality, but as a configuration in which non-terminating condition, phase delimitation, and co-presence are jointly fixed. This work proposes a minimal structural redefinition of coexistence and law without shared phase.
