p=0.016; OR 2.41, 95% CI 1.18-4.94),higher BMI (p=0.007;OR 1.09, 95% CI 1.02-1.16),narrower notch apex (p<0.001,OR 0.77, 95% CI 0.67-0.89)and anterior tibial tunnel positioning (p<0.001,OR 4.15, 95% CI 2.17-7.96). Conclusion:The incidence of cyclops syndrome in a cohort of patients in the Middle East is approximately 10.2% of primary ACL reconstructions, with a reoperation rate of around 6%.Identified risk factors included a higher BMI, the use of a brace after surgery, narrower notch apex, and anterior tibial tunnel position. No significant influence was observed for posterior tibial slope, sex, graft type and diameter, recourse to LEAP and pre-operative activity level.Level of Evidence: III (cohort study)
