The study examined collection development and acquisition of law library resources in Topfaith University Library. To achieve the aim of the research, four purposes and four research questions were raised and corresponding null hypotheses formulated. The correlational survey design was adopted for the study, while the study area was Topfaith University Library. The population consisted of 27 library staff and the entire population made up the sample of study using census sampling technique due to the small and manageable size. Data collected were subjected to analysis using Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation (PPPMC) used to analyse the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The findings revealed that there exists a significant relationship between collection development policy, collection evaluation, collection selection and user needs analysis on acquisition of law library resources in Topfaith University Library. Based on the findings from the study, it was concluded that collection development policy, collection evaluation, collection selection and user needs analysis significantly relates to acquisition of law library resources in Topfaith University as it aided the accurate and efficient acquisition of the resources in the library.
