This technical note examines the interpretation of null experimental results in high-energy physics from a structural and inferential perspective. It analyzes the assumption of interface invertibility underlying exclusion limits and clarifies under which conditions the absence of detected events does not necessarily imply the absence of the corresponding physical processes. No new physical models or experimental claims are introduced. v2 corrects the PDF front matter by adding author identification and ORCID. No substantive content changes.
