Herein, we reported a site‐selective isothiocyanation of allyl C(sp 3 )‐H bonds. Through the hypervalent iodine reagents promotion strategy, selective isothiocyanation of allyl C(sp 3 )‐H bonds in simple cyclic olefins and natural steroid molecules was realized. This method features high site‐selectivity, good functional group tolerance, metal‐free and mild reaction conditions.
