ABSTRACT Integrating routine mental health support in pulmonary hypertension care is not just a matter of efficiency but also of recognition, equity, and epistemic justice. We provide evidence supporting the Generalised Anxiety Disorder‐2 questionnaire and the Patient Health Questionnaire‐2 as practical, psychometrically sound, and low‐burden entry points for screening anxiety and depression.
