Abstract

摘要： 血脂异常已成为影响中国居民健康的常见慢性疾病。现有的健康管理手段虽可在一定程度上实现早筛、早治，延缓疾病进展，但仍存在个体化不足、干预手段单一等局限性。中医体质理论以“未病先防”为核心理念，强调因人制宜，通过辨体施治调整患者体质，发挥中医药在改善临床症状，延缓疾病进展，提高患者生活质量方面的独特优势。此文基于中医体质理论，构建血脂异常健康管理体系，旨在为血脂异常的个体化管理与临床干预提供中医思路与实践路径参考。
