As a typical semi-active engine mount, the internal magnetorheological fluid of the magnetorheological mount changes with the change of magnetic field strength, combined with the super elasticity of the rubber main spring, making the magnetorheological mount have strong nonlinear mechanical properties. Due to the lack of fitting accuracy of the classical Bingham model in describing the mechanical properties of the magnetorheological mount, and the complexity of other mechanical models, which increases the difficulty of parameter identification. Based on the multi-field coupling simulation and dynamic characteristics test of the magnetorheological mount, the classical Bingham model is improved, and the least squares method is applied to identify the parameters of the improved model. Finally, the identified model is verified by combining the results of multi-field coupling simulation. The results show that the improved Bingham model has significantly improved the accuracy of fitting the dynamic characteristics of the magnetorheological mount compared to the improved model.
