Abstract：There has always been a debate about the good and evil of technology. This article starts from the definition and nature of technology, and through analyzing the criteria for judging good and evil, and whether technology has good and evil, it analyzes that behind the debate on the good and evil of technology, what is actually revealed is people's concern about technological ethics. In the face of people's concerns about technological development and new technologies, it is necessary to regulate and constrain technological activities and the development direction of technology through more active spiritual civilization construction and more reasonable, fair and sound social systems.
