An Interim Report on English Language Learning Support at an International Medical NPO

This is an interim report on English language learning support project at an international medical NPO.To make a social contribution as a teacher of English language, I have been providing the NPO with monthly recommendation list of English international news podcasts 1) , helping the members improve their listening comprehension skills while gaining information relevant to their medical activities in humanitarian crisis zones around the globe.This report focuses on the process of starting the project, challenges in implementing it and the tentative solutions.It is followed by implications for teaching English at university classrooms.
