Working paper examining the mechanism by which focused attention produces measurable state changes in physical and biological systems. Grounded in the quantum measurement problem (Tonomura et al. 1989) and cardiac coherence at 0.1 Hz (McCraty et al. 2009). Includes comparative analysis of three historically documented high-coherence individuals who failed to produce replicable transmission protocols, each in a structurally distinct and predictable manner. Generates a falsifiable prediction: protocol survival time correlates with documentation quality, node independence, failure criteria, and hostile-source decoding capacity. Part of the Protocolo Zero-K Sistemico (PZK) / Codex Zero-K v2.1 framework.
