This paper examines the role of digital applications in enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of justice delivery within modern judicial systems. It analyzes the deployment of technology-driven tools, including case management systems, online dispute resolution platforms, and AI-assisted judicial processes, and evaluates their legal and institutional implications. The study argues that while digital applications significantly improve procedural efficiency, reduce delays, and expand access to justice, they also introduce new legal challenges related to fairness, transparency, data protection, and digital inequality. It highlights the need to balance technological innovation with the preservation of fundamental legal guarantees. Adopting a legal-analytical approach, the research proposes a structured framework for evaluating digital justice applications based on criteria such as efficiency, accountability, inclusiveness, and procedural integrity. It further explores how these tools can be integrated within judicial systems without undermining core legal principles. The paper contributes to Legal Tech scholarship by providing a comprehensive perspective on the transformation of justice delivery through digital applications, offering a balanced model that aligns innovation with the rule of law.
