The final paper in TTA Volume 1 and the twenty-second in the body of work. It provides the clearest single-paragraph statement of the whole framework, explains how any reader can fact-check every claim from the public record, and identifies the stories now available to journalists, broadcasters, and institutions. Part Four raises the central generational question: what happens to a civilisation that hands its thinking to tools that can only look in one direction, and forgets how to look in the other — not in five years but across five generations. The Third Arm in this paper addresses a domain not covered in Papers 5–7: the money markets, examined as a measurement system with documented one-directional failure consistent with the structural prediction, including the 2008 crisis as a recorded instance. Post-main-body reflections include distinct technical addresses: for the physicist, a formal statement of the conditions under which a near-closed helical photon configuration carries geometric invariant mass at the system level; for the theologian, a mapping of the role of light across six independent contemplative traditions onto the same structural position in the coordinate system; for the contemplative, a testable prediction concerning distinguishable field profiles in prepared systems under direct sunlight versus moonlight exposure.
