The Menopause Society of Sri Lanka (MENOSOC) has completed 25 years of sustained contribution to women's midlife and postmenopausal health. This article reviews the historical evolution of MENOSOC, highlights the achievements of the Society during the Silver Jubilee year under the presidency of Dr Harsha Atapattu (2024-2026), and outlines future strategic directions. The year was marked by intensive academic activity, successful conduct of the Silver Jubilee Academic Sessions, strengthened national and international collaborations, community outreach, research output, and policy-oriented initiatives. With Sri Lanka undergoing rapid demographic ageing, MENOSOC is strategically positioned to guide national responses through the development of guidelines, workforce training, and the integration of menopause care into the primary healthcare system.
