The article presents a conceptual project of a portable device called “Xenolog” — an onboard analyzer for interstellar missions. The device aggregates data from standard spacecraft sensors (spectrometers, telescopes, gravimeters, particle detectors), processes it through an algorithmic core based on the CivScanner methodology, and delivers a verdict: civilization type (Sapientoid, Swarm Supermind, Transcendent Form), activity level, Contact Risk Index from 1 to 10, and interaction protocol. The architecture, application scenarios, and technological requirements are described. “Xenolog” is a practical embodiment of the theory of the Seven Forms of Matter and the Teleon-Catalytic Impulse.
