Regions around the world are challenged in reaching climate-neutrality goals and implementing much-needed adaptation measures, while facing financing constraints and social resistance. To support and facilitate the transition towards a sustainable future, a comprehensive communication toolset and integrated climate mitigation pathways were developed for three different climate impact contexts within the Horizon Europe project KNOWING (heat and health, flooding and infrastructure, soil fertility and agriculture).
