This addendum synthesizes observational data from the ESA Gaia DR2 mission (Visualized: Spaleta/Space.com) with the Omni-Angular 2D Substrate Hypothesis. It proposes that the observed galactic warp is not a collisional artifact but a mechanical byproduct of substrate shear. We explore the "Lily Pad" effect, where galactic mass union is achieved through the exhaustion of surrounding "Free Points," creating observed cosmic voids.
