Sleep regularity was consistently associated with major age-related eye diseases, ocular multimorbidity, and retinal structural and vascular characteristics. These findings highlight sleep regularity as a clinically relevant behavioural correlate of ocular ageing and a potential adjunctive marker for prevention-oriented risk stratification.
