The rapid growth of the IT industry has created numerous career opportunities, making career selection challenging for students. Traditional career guidance approaches are generic and often ignore individual skill variations. This paper proposes an AI-based career roadmap generation system that analyzes students’ technical and soft skills to recommend personalized IT career paths. The system maps skills to industry-relevant roles and generates structured learning roadmaps including skills, tools, and certifications. Experimental evaluation using student feedback shows improved clarity and confidence in career decision-making, highlighting the effectiveness of AI-driven career guidance systems in education.
