Abstract

Six previously undescribed isohemigossypol–phenylpropanoid conjugates and caffeoylated triterpenoids were isolated from Hibiscus syriacus . Compounds 9 and 10 showed strong anti-senescence activity by suppressing p16 INK4A and SASP cytokines.
