This introduction has been revised to accompany the full TSF paper series. The opening has been rewritten to remove an informal analogy and replace it with a direct statement of the framework's core claim, appropriate for a scientific audience. The Hubble tension discussion now explicitly distinguishes the raw observed value (8.3%) from the TSF prediction (8.8%), identifying the 0.5% residual as a secondary prediction of the framework rather than a free parameter. The locking relation (DM/B − 5.0)/5.0 = ΔH₀/H₀ = λ = 0.088 is now displayed explicitly. A new paragraph in the Deeper Picture section references the third technical note in the series (Grounding TSF Conjectures in Established Physics: Five Research Directions) and its programme of independent derivations from holographic bounds, information theory, ADM gravity, and thermodynamics. References updated to include all three technical papers with live DOI hyperlinks.
