Resumen

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is now a standard alternative to surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR). However, it carries its own unique challenges. We report a rare complication related to technical failure of the device. Proceduralist awareness of this complication enhances TAVR safety.
