Abstract Ligamentous injuries of the scapholunate joint are the leading cause of carpal instability. The authors proposed a simple surgical modification to the original dorsal capsulodesis technique, providing a reliable and more secure knotting, diminishing the risks of loosening the tension at the end of the procedure.
