Abstract

Abstract We estimated rotavirus vaccine effectiveness among children 2 years of age in Mali from 2015-2018. Using a test-negative case-control design, rotavirus vaccine was 60% (95% confidence interval: 3%-84%) effective among children 2 years of age. Rotavirus vaccines are an effective tool for reducing rotavirus disease burden in Mali.
