This paper presents the Climate-Resilient Education System (CRES), an original low-cost adaptive learning infrastructure designed for vulnerable regions. The system integrates environmental sensing, decision-making, and continuity-based learning modes to maintain educational access during climate disruptions such as floods, heatwaves, and power outages. The design combines engineering logic with education policy, introducing a readiness score and modular architecture that allows schools to detect risk, switch learning modes, and preserve continuity. CRES emphasizes affordability, local repairability, and offline functionality, making it suitable for resource-constrained environments. This work is an original student research project developed for academic and scholarship purposes.
