The previous article introduced the mobile orbital system as the first brick of the COG grammar and outlined the forthcoming development of orbital phenomena such as splitting, collapse, recalibration, cosmic tension, black-hole fusion, and vacuum-energy reinterpretation. The present manuscript develops the metrological module of the COG framework through the analytical structure of the macro–micro geometric amplification mechanism (“Misurologio”). This module provides the operational and measurable basis required to explore the orbital phenomena announced in the previous work.
