This paper focuses on integrating AIdriven automation and QR-based technology to improve prescription management, patient tracking, and hospital workflows. Traditional healthcare systems face inefficiencies such as manual prescription handling, delayed hospital admissions, and fragmented communication, leading to errors, prolonged wait times, and inefficient resource allocation. To address these challenges, the proposed system introduces a QR-based Patient Registration System, where new patients receive a unique QR code upon their first visit. Hospital administrators register patient details by scanning the QR code, creating a digital health record. During subsequent visits, doctors can simply scan the QR code to instantly retrieve patient information, reducing redundant data entry and ensuring accurate medical history tracking. Additionally, when the doctor scans the QR code, the patient’s details such as name, age, and mobile number are automatically populated in the Smart Digital Prescription, minimizing manual entry and enhancing efficiency. A Smart Rx Kit, consisting of Smart Prescription Paper and a Digital Pen, enables doctors to generate real- time digital copies of handwritten prescriptions. This ensures error-free documentation, better compliance, and secure access for patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers. Additionally, a QR-based Medical Prescription System allows prescriptions to be securely accessed via QR
