The Neutrinoverse Hypothesis: Naming the Immutable Holographic Medium for Genuine Psi An Open, Falsifiable FrameworkElectromagnetic (EM) detectors have consistently failed to capture the carrier of natural telepathy and related psi phenomena, as brain-generated EM fields are too weak to explain observed effects (Arkadiev, cited in Boldyreva & Sotina). However, certain low-energy detectors sensitive to psychic influence simultaneously register cosmic periodicities. This leads to the proposal that low-energy weakly interacting particles — most plausibly relic neutrinos of the Cosmic Neutrino Background (CνB) — serve as the non-local, holographic medium. This paper names this medium the Neutrinoverse: a pervasive, immutable superfluid substrate (~336 particles/cm³, ~10^-4 eV) enabling genuine psi and Akashic resonance. We integrate lived discernment protocols (constructive vs. deconstructive resonance), Fractal Toroidal Moments (Greenyer), Parkhomov beta-decay anomalies, and propose microcalorimetry (TES) as the primary experimental vector. The hypothesis is offered as a sovereign contribution, open to co-development.
