This three-volume package presents the KSS–Navier–Stokes Bridge review materials. Volume I-A provides the reviewer edition of the KSS Registry, containing the canonical definitions required for external review. Volume II contains the main KSS–Navier–Stokes Bridge proof manuscript. Volume III supplies the quantitative completion layer, contraction certificate, deformation estimate, F1–F8 verification layer, and independent-review framework. The package is submitted as a pre-validation Clay-level proof candidate awaiting independent PDE validation. It is not an officially recognized Clay proof prior to independent mathematical validation.
