Abstract

随着气候变化加剧,全球新发和再发媒介生物传染病异常活跃,对人类健康造成了持续威胁。作为主要由蚊、蜱、螨等节肢动物媒介传播的一类疾病,其流行过程通常受自然环境、人文要素和生物因子的影响,呈现出显著的地域性分布。近年来,以大数据与算法驱动为核心的人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术迅速发展,为媒介生物传染病流行规律研究提供了新的发展契机。本文在梳理了多种常见媒介生物传染病的时空流行特征基础上,从研究数据获取、影响因素分析和流行风险预警3个维度综述了AI赋能后的相关研究发展概况,并总结了其在该研究领域中面临的挑战。最后,本文对AI在媒介生物传染病流行规律研究中的应用做了展望。
