棉花作为重要经济作物,其品质直接影响纺织产业发展与国际贸易竞争力,而纤维检验技术是把控棉花 品质的核心手段。本文阐述了棉花纤维物理形态、长度、细度等基本特性,明确检验技术应用基础;系统分析了物理 特性、化学特性、微观结构及智能化四大类纤维检验关键技术的原理与操作要点;进而探讨检验技术在种植(种子筛 选、田间监测)、收购(hvi检测、感官检验)、加工(在线监测、终检)、贸易(公证检验、标准适配)全链条环 节的具体应用;最后提出技术普及、设备升级及人才培养等策略。研究为推动棉花产业纤维检验技术规范应用、提升 棉花品质提供理论与实践参考。
