This deliverable presents the results of Task 2.1 within Work Package 2 of the EMAI4EU – Emotion Artificial Intelligence Specialists for Europe project. It combines a market analysis on the demand for Emotion AI skills in Europe with the design of the first set of Self-Standing Learning Modules (SSLMs). The analysis, based on 151 responses from individuals and companies, confirmed strong interest in AI and Emotion AI training, particularly in fields such as customer experience, healthcare, education, and human resources. The findings guided the definition of a modular and flexible curriculum, divided into basic and advanced certification paths. The developed modules provide interdisciplinary and ethically grounded training opportunities that complement the EMAI4EU Master’s programme and support Europe’s goals for human-centric and responsible AI education.
