Objective. The aim of the study was to study the physico-mechanical properties of the photopolymer material Dental Yellow Clear PRO (HARZ Labs) and to evaluate its clinical applicability for the manufacture of surgical templates by stereolithographic 3D printing. According to the manufacturer, Dental Yellow Clear PRO (HARZ Labs) is a mixture based on urethandimethacrylate (50—70%), polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate (30—50%) with additives of 2-hydroxypropylmethacrylate and contains photo initiators. The material is available as a liquid of varying transparency and color, odorless, with a viscosity of 800—1000 and a flash point above 100 °C. The main purpose is the production of surgical templates by stereolithographic printing. The data obtained as a result of the tests indicate that when the simultaneously cured layer is halved during 3D printing, the values of strength indicators increase and at the same time the possibilities of deformation of the samples increase. Thus, samples made with a lower layer thickness and a printing step of 0.05 mm instead of 0.1 mm showed higher values of bending strength and modulus of elasticity, on average 24% higher, and the deformation of samples during fracture also increased by 27%. At a printing step of 0.05 mm: the bending strength reaches 124 MPa, and the modulus of elasticity is 2780 MPa. The test results allow us to conclude that Dental Yellow Clear PRO (HARZ Labs) is a promising material for manufacturing surgical templates. It combines sufficiently high mechanical strength and predictable behavior under the influence of functional loads.
