Using the example of the scientific school "Theory and Practice of Inclusive Education" at the Moscow City Pedagogical University, the article shows the importance of the functioning of such social and scientific associations of scientific and pedagogical workers for solving educational problems. The article considers the importance of research conducted by the scientific school for the development of inclusive education for children with disabilities, including: for the training of teaching staff to work in new conditions; for the development of organizational and pedagogical conditions for inclusive education; to introduce innovative educational technologies, to create conditions for an inclusive educational environment.
