Abstract: Abstract/Clarification Note: This version (v5) serves as the definitive correction of the Newton-light unit (Nλ). This version provides a critical distinction between the Lattes-Galois (Lg) Identity and the Newton-Light (Nλ) Unit. Even though L for Lattes-Galois fits, the fact that L is commonly used for the liters unit (L) worldwide, could be an issue. The Lattes-Galois Identity represents the foundational phase-lock of the vacuum. While mathematically expansive—integrating the Fine-Structure Constant α, the Golden Ratio (ϕ), and Euler’s Identity—it serves as the internal geometric metric (the 'Lg-unit'). Specifically, the synthesis of the Golden Ratio and Euler’s Identity constitutes the Galois Core, where the transcendental collapse of e ensures the stability of the 2⁰ Matrix-Grid. Conversely, the Newton-Light (Nλ) Unit is defined through the operational deconstruction of E=mc². By isolating the velocity of exchange as E/mc = c, we establish a bilateral symmetry where c exists on both sides of the equivalence as a reciprocal operator. Newton-Light is, therefore, the unit that governs the bipartition of light itself, maintaining a direct and permanent relationship with the Einsteinian framework while re-indexing it under the new Nλ Absolute Scale.
