Abstract

Rural youth face significant barriers to mental health care, and many go untreated. Schools provide an ideal context for service integration, and telehealth reduces access challenges. The Healthier Lives at School & Beyond (HLSB) program at East Carolina University (ECU) delivers school-based behavioral telehealth care using evidence-based, multidisciplinary interventions to support rural students.
