Abstract

The process of job preparation often requires candidates to manually tailor resumes, identify relevant skills, and prepare for interviews based on specific job roles. This approach is time-consuming and lacks efficiency. This paper presents an AI-based Resume and Interview Preparation Platform that automates key aspects of job preparation using data-driven techniques. The system analyzes user resumes in comparison with job descriptions to identify skill gaps and provide ATS-optimized improvement suggestions. Additionally, it generates personalized interview questions based on the job requirements. The platform is developed using a modern web architecture with React.js, Node.js, and Python-based data processing, while leveraging the Gemini API for natural language processing tasks. The proposed system reduces preparation time significantly and improves alignment between candidate profiles and job roles. Experimental results demonstrate enhanced efficiency, structured preparation, and improved user readiness for interviews.
