Abstract

This manifesto presents a systematic verification of the OCEAN model through the deconstruction of mainstream dogmatic arguments. The work provides a comprehensive rheological refutation of purported contradictions related to neutrino synchronicity (SN 1987A) and Lorentz invariance. Concurrently, direct evidence of vacuum viscosity is presented, based on the Pioneer anomaly and cosmic void lensing (20σ). This publication establishes the computational superiority of the FUH framework in interpreting fundamental anomalies that are currently ignored by modern cosmology
